The Archival Challenge

Millions of Polish and Jewish records are not digitized, are written in antiquated languages, or are buried deep within local registry offices (USC) and state archives. If you have hit a brick wall due to language barriers or complex Polish bureaucracy, I am here to act as your boots on the ground in Poland.

Genealogy & Family History (No Citizenship Required)

You do not need to be applying for a European passport to use my services. Many of my clients are simply researching their family tree and want to hold a piece of their history. If you just want to find your grandfather's birth record, your great-grandparents' marriage certificate, or historical death records for personal genealogical research, I will locate, retrieve, and translate these documents for you.

Beyond Standard Vital Records

As a professional genealogist and legal researcher, I do not just look for standard certificates. I conduct deep-dive research into multiple Polish archival systems to retrieve:

The Multi-Lingual & Legal Advantage

Retrieving documents in Poland requires more than just knowing where the building is. It requires the ability to read the documents once you find them.

The Retrieval Process

  1. Free Initial Assessment: We review the clues, names, dates, and towns you already have.
  2. Targeted Archival Strategy: I identify exactly which State Archives, local USC offices, or religious parishes hold the necessary books.
  3. Retrieval & Translation: I physically or digitally retrieve the records and provide a clear summary or translation of the findings to you.
